Who you are
You have extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting, particularly in preparing year-end financials and coordinating with auditors. Your attention to detail ensures that all financial documents are accurate and compliant with regulations. You are adept at analyzing P&L and balance sheet items, highlighting major variances and observations to management. Your strong communication skills enable you to handle GL-related queries effectively from various teams.
You are familiar with SOX compliance and understand the importance of maintaining financial integrity within an organization. Your ability to work collaboratively with auditors and internal teams makes you a valuable asset in ensuring smooth financial operations. You thrive in environments that require meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of year-end financials, including notes to accounts, schedules, and reports required for audits. You will liaise with auditors to resolve any queries they may have and coordinate with them for interim audits, providing the necessary details and schedules. Additionally, you will prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and balance sheets, along with all schedules and reports required by management. Your monthly analysis of P&L and balance sheet items will help highlight major variances and observations to management, ensuring that they are informed of the financial status of the organization.
