What you'll do

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer at Wrapbook, you will take ownership of end-user support, ensuring that all employees have access to the necessary IT resources. You will manage the employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all team members. Your role will involve asset management, where you will track and maintain IT assets across the organization, ensuring compliance and security.

You will also focus on access governance, implementing policies and procedures that protect sensitive information while enabling team members to work efficiently. Your expertise in building automated systems will help streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
