You have a strong background in onboarding and implementation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment — you've successfully guided clients through complex integration processes and understand the nuances of client needs. Your experience with APIs is solid, allowing you to manage technical integration tasks effectively. You are comfortable addressing operational issues and can communicate technical concepts clearly to clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Your attention to detail ensures that timelines and deliverables are met, and you are proactive in addressing any challenges that arise during the onboarding process. You are fluent in Mandarin, which is preferred for this role, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base across Southeast Asia.

Desirable

Experience in payment infrastructure or financial technology is a plus, as it will help you understand the specific challenges clients face in this industry. Familiarity with KYC solutions and fraud prevention measures will also enhance your ability to support clients effectively. A background in project management tools and methodologies will be beneficial as you manage timelines and resources.

What you'll do

As an Onboarding and Implementation Consultant at Xendit, you will lead the integration of new B2B SaaS clients onto our payment platform. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the setup and configuration process, ensuring their specific business needs are met. You will manage technical integration tasks, including API integrations and data migrations, to connect our platform with clients' existing systems. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any technical or operational issues promptly and effectively. You will collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the onboarding journey. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. Your role will also involve contributing to the overall success of Xendit by going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
