Who you are
You have a strong background in data science and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in product analytics or a related field. Your expertise in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making allows you to guide your team effectively while ensuring high-quality outputs. You are passionate about mentoring junior analysts and fostering their professional development, helping them grow in their roles.
You possess a deep understanding of user behavior and product performance metrics, enabling you to identify opportunities for improvement. Your experience with A/B testing and causal analysis equips you to define and manage experimentation strategies that drive product enhancements. You are comfortable translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps, ensuring that your teamβs work aligns with strategic goals.
What you'll do
As the Data Science Manager, you will lead the Product Analytics team at Xometry, overseeing comprehensive analyses of product usage and user behavior.
