You understand the importance of compliance with industry standards such as ITAR, JCP, and ISO, and you have a track record of achieving partner success targets.

You possess strong leadership skills — mentoring and guiding regional teams comes naturally to you, and you foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for high-quality partners. You are data-driven, capable of monitoring and managing KPIs related to partner acquisition and retention, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals.

Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with central functions such as Operations, Enablement, and Marketing — you understand the importance of standardizing training and tools to enhance partner performance. You are adept at defining and enforcing category-specific playbooks and processes, ensuring that all regional pods operate efficiently and effectively.

Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or supply chain context would be advantageous. Familiarity with digital marketplaces and the ability to leverage technology to enhance partner management processes is a plus. What you'll do

As the Director of Partner Management at Xometry, you will own the partner lifecycle for your assigned manufacturing category across all U.S. regions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that recruit, onboard, activate, and retain high-quality partners. You will define and enforce category-specific playbooks, processes, and standards to ensure compliance and high partner satisfaction.

You will monitor and manage key performance indicators, including partner acquisition, activation rates, quality, and retention. Collaborating closely with central functions, you will standardize training, tools, and reporting to enhance partner performance. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding regional teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.

Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will stay informed about category-specific manufacturing processes, trends, and market dynamics. You will ensure that all regional pods under your category achieve partner success targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
