What you'll do

As a Summer Law Clerk at Xometry, you will be at the forefront of providing legal support to the company. You will assist in legal research and drafting, focusing on legal, risk, and compliance issues as they arise. Your responsibilities will include drafting documents, contracts, memos, policies, and procedures that are crucial for the company’s operations. You will support contract review and playbook creation, ensuring that the company’s commercial legal work is handled efficiently.

In addition, you will engage in compliance support by researching and creating state-specific compliance overviews and other materials to support the company’s policies and procedures. This role will provide you with exposure to various facets of in-house practice, allowing you to gain valuable insights into the legal aspects of the manufacturing industry. You will work closely with experienced attorneys, learning from their expertise and contributing to the team’s success.
