Your academic background has equipped you with a foundational understanding of various areas of law, including corporate, employment, commercial, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, and securities. You are ready to support in-house attorneys and contribute to the legal team’s efforts in driving business growth.

Your ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft documents will be essential in this role. What you'll do
As a Summer Law Clerk at Xometry, you will be at the forefront of providing legal support to the company. You will assist in legal research and drafting, focusing on legal, risk, and compliance issues as they arise. Your responsibilities will include drafting documents, contracts, memos, policies, and procedures that are crucial for the company’s operations. You will support contract review and playbook creation, ensuring that the company’s commercial legal work is handled efficiently.
In addition, you will engage in compliance support by researching and creating state-specific compliance overviews and other materials to support the company’s policies and procedures.
