Xometry is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to analyze operational metrics and drive process improvements. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in operational excellence, possessing at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You have a proven track record of analyzing operational and customer service data to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps. Your analytical skills allow you to uncover trends and root causes of issues effectively. You excel in developing clear, evidence-based recommendations and presenting them to executive leadership. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to align improvement initiatives with company goals and customer expectations. You are results-driven and have a hands-on approach to implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of operational metrics and KPIs to generate insights that drive decision-making. You will identify high-impact areas for improvement across operational workflows and customer service processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
