You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. You will create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. You will analyze data to inform decision-making and drive measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
