Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and possess a strong background in program management, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing sectors. You have experience leading complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. Your analytical skills allow you to develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. You are adept at creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring timelines are met. As a key liaison between stakeholders, you ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. You champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization, driving measurable outcomes through collaboration with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams.
