What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute the roadmap for specific areas of the partner journey, including quoting tools, onboarding workflows, and fulfillment guidance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to launch improvements that enhance the partner experience. Analyzing performance metrics such as order acceptance rates and partner satisfaction will be key to identifying opportunities for product enhancements. You will gather feedback directly from partners to inform product decisions and ensure feature adoption through thoughtful rollout strategies and in-app education. Additionally, you will partner with other product managers and business units to align roadmaps and manage dependencies effectively. Your work will be essential in driving long-term success and satisfaction across Xometry's supplier ecosystem.
