Who you are
You have a background in engineering, ideally with experience in mechanical, electrical, or civil disciplines — you understand the intricacies of construction projects and are comfortable working on-site across multiple locations. You are adaptable and willing to travel extensively, whether for short-term assignments or longer project commitments. Your ability to learn new software quickly will be crucial as you will be trained on XYZ's innovative augmented reality technology, the ATOM.
You are computer savvy and possess strong problem-solving skills — you can navigate various software tools and are eager to embrace new technologies that enhance construction processes. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to train new staff members effectively and collaborate with diverse teams on-site. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to ensuring that projects meet quality standards and timelines.
Desirable
Experience with augmented reality applications in construction is a plus, as is familiarity with quality inspection processes. You may have worked in roles that required you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating your organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. A background in project management or site supervision would also be beneficial, as you will be involved in setting up new projects and ensuring smooth operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and progress capture on various construction sites across the United States.
