You have 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, equipped with formal bookkeeping qualifications that demonstrate your expertise in financial processes. Your hands-on experience with NetSuite showcases your ability to navigate complex accounting software effectively. You possess strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. Your strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, allow you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. You are responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills that help you thrive in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will record invoices, payments, and general ledger transactions, ensuring that all financial data is accurately captured and maintained. You will lead key aspects of the monthly closing process, including provisions, prepaid expenses, and allocation expenses, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Preparing and submitting VAT reports, withholding tax, and other tax reporting will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, helping to streamline financial operations. Additionally, you will maintain Fixed Asset records and manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities, playing a crucial role in the Finance department's success.
