What you'll do

As the iOS Engineering Manager at Yubo, you will lead a team of iOS engineers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to deliver high-impact features. You will report directly to the Head of Mobile and play a key role in shaping the team's direction and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, as well as laying the foundations for a scalable and reliable architecture that empowers your team to move quickly and safely.

You will work closely with Product and Design teams to align engineering efforts with user needs and business goals. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for the team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing mentorship to help engineers grow in their careers. You will also be responsible for driving technical initiatives that enhance the overall quality and performance of the iOS applications.
