You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. You understand the importance of user protection and safety in digital spaces, and you are committed to building products that foster genuine connections among users.

You have a proven track record of leading product teams, mentoring Product Managers, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Your experience includes working in a fast-paced environment where you have adapted to changing priorities and driven results through effective execution. You are passionate about social technology and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with building products for Gen Z.

What you'll do

As the Head of Product at Yubo, you will report directly to the CTPO and play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy for the company. You will lead a team of six Product Managers, guiding them in their efforts to deliver high-quality products that resonate with our user base. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire product life-cycle, from initial discovery through to delivery, ensuring that all products align with the company's mission and user needs.

You will collaborate closely with the executive team to define and refine the product vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team, encouraging your Product Managers to take ownership of their projects and drive results.

In this role, you will engage with various squads within the organization, including Growth, Monetisation, Trust & Safety, Data Platform, Mobile Experience, and Infrastructure & Reliability. You will ensure that execution remains fast and outcome-driven across these squads, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
