What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in analyzing user behavior and optimizing the product experience at Yugabyte. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to capture in-product events and map user journeys, ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of how users interact with YugabyteDB. Your insights will directly influence product decisions and help shape the future of the database.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of user data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This includes utilizing SQL and PostgreSQL to extract relevant data and generate reports that highlight key findings. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement changes based on your analyses, ensuring that user experience is continually enhanced.

Your role will also involve monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes through ongoing analysis and reporting. You will be expected to present your findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations that align with the company's mission to become the default transactional database for enterprises.
