You are a strategic thinker who can set a vision and align engineering efforts with business goals — you understand the importance of making technical decisions that support complex implementations and drive execution in a high-impact environment. Your coaching skills are exceptional, and you take pride in helping engineers advance their careers and develop their skills.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ambiguity — you know how to move quickly while ensuring that quality and performance are never compromised. You value collaboration and are eager to work closely with cross-functional teams to solve meaningful problems for customers.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies or real estate marketplaces would be a plus, as would familiarity with LLM-based development workflows. You are open to diverse perspectives and believe in the power of authenticity within teams.
