You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in defining market requirements and leading product releases. Your ability to interact effectively with development teams and stakeholders is key to your success. You understand the beauty and wellness industry and are passionate about creating solutions that enhance customer experiences.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to drive decisions. Your experience in user research and A/B testing allows you to prioritize features that deliver the most value to users. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, ensuring that all voices are heard in the product development process.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Zenoti, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and ensuring that features align with market needs. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to package features into product releases that enhance our all-in-one cloud-based software solution. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product decisions, as well as analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
You will lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present product updates and gather feedback from various teams. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of product releases and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
