What you'll do

As a Java Software Engineer II at Zivaro, you will be responsible for planning and executing software design, documentation, and development activities for our government software-as-a-service products. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to implement solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers while adhering to the highest standards of excellence. Your role will involve transitioning from a traditional DoD software engineering environment to an OpenShift/Cloud Development, Security, and Operations environment, contributing to the evolution of our software development practices.

You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and maintenance. This includes writing clean, efficient code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that all software meets the required specifications and quality standards. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
