Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms will enable you to effectively reach and engage employees in a hybrid work environment. A background in project management can also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for coordinating various communication initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the embedded communications owner for Zocdoc’s Revenue organization, helping teams make sense of their strategy, priorities, and performance. You will craft engaging communications that clarify complex initiatives and drive understanding among team members. Your responsibilities will include developing communication plans, creating content for various channels, and ensuring that messaging is consistent and aligned with Zocdoc’s mission. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify key messages and themes that need to be communicated, and you will work to ensure that all communications are engaging and informative.

You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of communication efforts, gathering feedback from employees, and making adjustments as necessary to improve engagement. Your role will involve running engaging organizational meetings and events that foster a sense of community and connection among team members. You will play a crucial role in helping Zocdoc maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel informed and empowered to contribute to the company’s mission.
