What you'll do
As a Data Scientist Intern at Zoox, you will be assigned to one of the teams focused on autonomy software verification and validation or core data science. You will analyze real-world driving data to identify patterns and measure the performance of our autonomous vehicles. Your work will involve developing metrics that track critical driving behaviors and safety events, contributing to the overall improvement of our technology.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the Simulation team to gain insights into the safety and comfort performance of our robotaxi. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in building performance metrics and conducting in-depth data analyses, which are essential for data-driven decision-making in the autonomous vehicle sector.
