You have experience in real-time analysis and performance management, ideally within a customer service or operations environment. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can adapt quickly to changing demands. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess live performance metrics and make informed staffing decisions that enhance customer outcomes. You thrive in collaborative settings, regularly engaging with stakeholders across Operations and Workforce Management to drive continuous improvement. You are proactive in contributing insights that inform forecasting and scheduling processes, ensuring that service levels are consistently met.
What you'll do
As a Real Time Analyst at Zopa, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our customer service teams. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor live performance and make real-time staffing and resource decisions as demand fluctuates. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is prioritized. Regular interaction with stakeholders will be essential as you provide insights that contribute to forecasting and scheduling efforts. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to shape how Real Time operates at Zopa as we move forward with our delivery roadmap through 2026.
