What you'll do

As a Staff Escalation DevOps Engineer at Zscaler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers across the globe. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and monitoring system performance to proactively address any issues that arise.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, security experts, and product managers to understand their requirements and provide the necessary infrastructure support. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues and providing escalation support to ensure timely resolution. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and documentation to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and share your expertise in DevOps practices. You will be encouraged to propose and implement improvements to our existing systems and processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
