What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Cloud Browser Isolation Product Team, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance user security. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define product requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks. Your role will involve conducting regular code reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process.

In addition to technical leadership, you will focus on team building and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their career goals and provide guidance on their professional development.

You will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring that the team continues to grow and evolve in alignment with the company's objectives. Your ability to navigate complex technical discussions and drive consensus among stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
