Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-native architectures and security practices. Your background includes working with AWS and managing large-scale distributed systems, ensuring they are resilient and performant. You are proficient in using Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, and you understand the intricacies of CI/CD pipelines. Your scripting skills in Python or similar languages enable you to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You are committed to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies, always seeking to enhance your skill set and contribute to the team's success.
Desirable
Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform is a plus, as is familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions. You may also have a background in security best practices, contributing to the overall safety of cloud environments. If you have experience in incident management and response, that will further strengthen your candidacy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of Zscaler's cloud services.
