What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Finance Operations Excellence Team, playing a pivotal role in transforming Agoda's finance operations. You will champion Lean Six Sigma and other best-in-class methodologies, driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities will include partnering with various teams to identify and unlock process improvement opportunities, ensuring that operational excellence is at the forefront of all initiatives.

You will establish and maintain frameworks that support continuous improvement, fostering a culture where operational excellence is prioritized. Your leadership will guide the team in executing initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of these initiatives and communicating results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Agoda's overall business objectives.
