You are a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Michigan with a minimum of two years of clinical and prescribing experience. You understand the importance of treating your practice as a primary professional priority and are ready to invest in the foundational elements that drive long-term success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing exceptional psychiatric care. You are not looking for occasional supplemental work but are dedicated to building a sustainable practice.
Experience in telemedicine or hybrid practice models is a plus, as is familiarity with evidence-based care and personalized treatment approaches. You are open to ongoing professional development and peer consultation, valuing the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues.
In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills. Your commitment to practice growth will involve collaborating with physician relationships and investing time in practice development. You will enjoy the flexibility of office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you.
