Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Painter to join their team in Concord, NC. You'll be responsible for high-quality automotive painting and blending, utilizing state-of-the-art tools. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, showcasing your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles are well-honed, allowing you to deliver high-quality results consistently. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. You are also open to learning and adapting to new techniques and technologies in automotive painting, as Carvana utilizes state-of-the-art tools in their high-tech Inspection Centers.
Experience with advanced automotive painting techniques or certifications in automotive refinishing would be a plus.
