What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with strategic support from SonderMind. You will treat your practice as your primary professional priority, committing at least two days weekly to practice growth. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, including weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, to ensure clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.

You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a thriving, sustainable practice that prioritizes exceptional psychiatric care.
