What you'll do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Agoda, you will lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with the People Team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent to the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews to assess candidate fit.

You will also play a key role in enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported as they transition into their new roles. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection, helping to build a strong and diverse workforce.

In addition, you will analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking ways to enhance Agoda's recruitment efforts.
