Agoda is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees. Who you are

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent across various roles. Your experience includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with company goals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are committed to fostering an environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand their needs enables you to identify the best candidates for each role. You are data-driven and use metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Agoda, you will lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with the People Team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent to the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews to assess candidate fit.

You will also play a key role in enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported as they transition into their new roles.
