What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to set your own schedule. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical excellence. Your focus will be on building a sustainable practice that prioritizes patient care and professional development.
