Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various tasks such as heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. Your expertise in large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, sets you apart as a skilled technician in the automotive industry. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to work with state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. Your commitment to continuous improvement is evident as you embrace training programs that enhance your skills and career progression. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple automotive panels, ensuring that each repair meets the company's high standards for quality and safety. You will utilize your skills in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will involve assessing damage and determining the best repair methods to achieve optimal results.

You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you perform large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, to prepare vehicles for delivery to customers.
