What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to develop your ideal caseload. You will benefit from free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare and Medicare Advantage access, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional care to your clients. You will receive guaranteed pay and billing, with bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows.

You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support.
