You have a valid driver's license and are at least 18 years old, with a commitment to maintaining high property standards. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and assisting in process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality outcomes. You are comfortable performing light home maintenance tasks and conducting regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet the company's standards.
As a Property Caretaker, you will support an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties, handling all aspects of property management. This includes managing owner and guest relations, performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing door hinges, and responding to escalated guest and homeowner concerns through emails, calls, and tickets. You will assist in the daily operations of the assigned portfolio, ensuring that each property is well-maintained and that guests have a positive experience. You will also collaborate with your team to enhance processes and improve service quality.
Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage of $24, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, and education. Eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month as a car allowance.
