What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and lead Crusoe's enterprise-wide safety strategy, ensuring it is foundational to the company's rapid growth. You will define the long-term vision and performance metrics for safety, acting as the senior voice on safety matters to executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing safety protocols across manufacturing facilities, power and data center infrastructure, and field operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is a non-negotiable component of all operations, from design to execution.

You will champion a culture of safety, driving initiatives that promote awareness and compliance among all employees. Your role will involve regular assessments of safety practices and the implementation of improvements based on industry best practices. You will also be responsible for reporting on safety performance and compliance to the executive team, ensuring that safety remains a top priority as the company expands its global footprint.
