Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director, Safety to architect and lead a comprehensive safety strategy across its operations. This role requires extensive experience in safety programs within industrial organizations.
You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in safety management, particularly in hyperscale or heavy industrial environments. Your experience includes defining and executing enterprise-wide safety strategies that align with organizational growth and operational excellence. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence executive leadership on risk mitigation and compliance matters. You understand the importance of embedding safety into all aspects of operations, from design to execution.
