What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will have the opportunity to engage in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and participate in peer consultations and ongoing professional development.

You will maintain complete clinical autonomy over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your responsibilities will include treating patients with a focus on evidence-based care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and continuously developing your skills and knowledge in the field of psychiatry. You will also be expected to invest time in practice growth, ensuring that your practice remains a priority in your professional life.
