As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns and ensure that they are washed and vacuumed regularly. You will also complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your role will involve coordinating with other team members to ensure timely deliveries and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
This is a part-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases every three months, with the potential to earn up to $16/hr within your first year. Additionally, Carvana offers paid time off, paid holidays, and your birthday as a holiday.
