Axon is hiring a Manager, Solutions Architect to lead a team focused on delivering technical excellence in solution architecture. You'll provide strategic support for customer-facing engagements and manage project delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in solution architecture.

You have a strong background in solution architecture and have spent several years leading teams in technical environments. Your experience includes managing project delivery and ensuring high-quality solutions for clients, particularly in law enforcement and public safety sectors. You are adept at coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. You understand the importance of connecting with diverse perspectives and are committed to driving real change through your leadership.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex client engagements with technical depth is a key asset, especially in emerging or highly integrated deployments. You are passionate about empowering your team and ensuring consistent quality in solution delivery, which is crucial for mission-critical projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects, focusing on delivering exceptional solutions for Axon's Real-Time Operations offerings. You will spend approximately 80% of your time managing your team and overseeing project delivery, while the remaining 20% will involve supporting complex client engagements. Your leadership will be instrumental in implementing and scaling high-quality solution design processes, ensuring that your team meets the needs of law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.

You will provide technical and project guidance to your team members, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with the Sr. Manager and other cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and project objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team, encouraging them to explore new technologies and methodologies that can enhance solution delivery.
