You are a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in your ability to de-escalate tricky issues and advocate for members needing assistance. You have a strong sense of professionalism and are committed to providing high-quality service to all members.

You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to summarize case facts and decision summaries clearly for a highly visible audience. You are comfortable documenting team activities daily and are eager to collect feedback to identify improvement opportunities. You understand the importance of thorough investigation and de-escalation in resolving high-impact issues effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Operations Associate, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving escalated member issues from start to finish. You will analyze escalated cases, draw accurate conclusions based on your findings, and summarize sophisticated results for cross-functional collaborators. Your role will involve responding to and handling advanced issues with the highest degree of professionalism, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

You will work closely with various team members to supervise ongoing issues and advocate for members requiring special attention.
