What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of SonderMind. You will collaborate with a team led by Medical Director Dr. Harris Strokoff, participating in weekly office hours and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills. You will treat your practice as your primary professional priority, committing at least two days a week to practice growth.

You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. You will also benefit from guaranteed pay and billing support, ensuring that you receive bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with collaborating physicians and focusing on the foundational elements that drive your practice's success.
