What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to establish your ideal caseload. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will have the opportunity to participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to ensure clinical excellence.

You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your commitment to exceptional psychiatric care will be paramount as you work with a diverse patient population. You will be expected to treat your practice as a primary professional priority, investing time and effort into its growth and sustainability.
