You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age. You can read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with your colleagues and customers. You are detail-oriented and take pride in ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that they are in top condition for our customers. Regular washing and vacuuming of all inventory will be part of your routine, and you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and contribute to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
