Entry-Level Automotive Quality Associate

Who you are

You are eager to start your career in the automotive industry and are ready to take on entry-level roles at Carvana. You possess a valid driver’s license and are physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years of age and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are excited about the opportunity to work in a high-tech environment and are open to learning and growing your skills as you progress in your role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions within Carvana's inspection centers. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to the next, ensuring smooth operations within the inspection centers. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality photos of vehicles for customers to view online. As an Inspection Associate, your primary responsibility will be to inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects that need to be addressed. You will receive training to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in your role and contribute to the company's success.
