You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in safety management, particularly in hyperscale or heavy industrial organizations. You have a proven track record of architecting and implementing enterprise-wide safety strategies that align with organizational growth and operational excellence. Your leadership style is bold and inspiring, motivating teams to prioritize safety as a non-negotiable component of their daily operations. You understand the complexities of integrating safety into design, schedules, and contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation at every level.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey safety strategies and performance metrics to executive leadership. Your ability to analyze and interpret safety data allows you to make informed decisions that enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency. You are adept at fostering a culture of safety within diverse teams, ensuring that all employees are engaged and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute a multi-year safety strategy that supports Crusoe's rapid growth and innovation. You will lead the development of safety programs across manufacturing facilities, power and data center infrastructure, and field operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed safety practices into all aspects of operations, from design to execution. You will act as the senior voice on safety matters, providing guidance on risk mitigation and compliance to executive leadership.

You will also be responsible for monitoring safety performance metrics, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of safety that empowers employees to prioritize safety in their daily activities.
