What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute a multi-year safety strategy that supports Crusoe's rapid growth and innovation. You will lead the development of safety programs across manufacturing facilities, power and data center infrastructure, and field operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed safety practices into all aspects of operations, from design to execution. You will act as the senior voice on safety matters, providing guidance on risk mitigation and compliance to executive leadership.

You will also be responsible for monitoring safety performance metrics, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of safety that empowers employees to prioritize safety in their daily activities. You will engage with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
