As a Bilingual NP/PA at Oscar Medical Group, you will provide telemedicine services to patients, delivering care through messaging and phone consultations. You will work closely with the Virtual Urgent Care team to ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, as well as following up with patients to monitor their progress.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately will be key in building trust with patients and addressing their concerns. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
In this full-time role, you will work from 1pm to 11pm EST, with a weekend requirement of one Saturday and Sunday per month. You will report to the Medical Director of Virtual Urgent Care and be part of a supportive team that values innovation and excellence in patient care.
