Who you are

You are an entry-level professional with experience in automotive prepping, eager to join Carvana as a Cosmetic Inspector. You have a keen eye for detail and can identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs before and after the paint process. You are ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, utilizing state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You understand the importance of quality in the automotive industry and are committed to ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and are prepared to undergo a complete background check as part of the hiring process. You are excited about the opportunity to receive training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career at Carvana.

Desirable

While not required, any additional experience in automotive painting or prepping roles will be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes is highly valued. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a Cosmetic Inspector at Carvana, you will be responsible for identifying cosmetic imperfections on vehicles before and after the reconditioning and paint process. Your role may involve additional tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles to ensure they are ready for cosmetic paintwork. You will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in the inspection process.

You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and technology to perform your inspections and assist in the preparation of vehicles. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's quality standards before it reaches our customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive inspection and prepping.
