You have over 10 years of global production experience, particularly in managing large-scale events and meetings. Your expertise lies in creating community and connection, ensuring that every event you produce is not only successful but also resonates with the values of the organization. You thrive in environments that demand high standards and attention to detail, and you are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
Your background includes a strong understanding of the logistics involved in producing both in-person and virtual events. You are skilled in coordinating with various stakeholders, from marketing teams to executive leadership, ensuring that all aspects of the events align with the company's vision and objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing a series of pivotal internal meetings across Apple Retail, including Monthly Team Meetings, Global Quarterly Communications Meetings, and the annual Global Retail Conference. You will oversee the entire production process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that each event reflects Apple's commitment to excellence. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and collaborating with various teams to create engaging and impactful experiences for attendees.
You will also be tasked with evaluating the success of each event, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements for future productions.
