You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are comfortable operating a computer and mobile devices. You are detail-oriented and capable of accurately logging vehicle locations using handheld scanning equipment. You understand the importance of safety standards and are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
You are eager to learn and grow in your role, with opportunities to earn additional certifications that can increase your hourly wage. You are motivated by financial opportunities and are interested in advancing your career through programs like the Loader to Driver program, which allows you to earn your class A CDL.
As a Lot Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for staging and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport. You will accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage vehicles on the lot, ensuring compliance with processing and safety standards. You will conduct multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and complete inspection reports to maintain quality standards. Additionally, you will safely operate company-owned vehicles and fuel inventory vehicles as needed. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the lot remains organized and that vehicles are ready for delivery.
