Overview

Carvana is seeking an Auto Body/Paint Lead to manage and develop a team in their Inspection Center. You'll oversee production targets and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in automotive reconditioning.

You have a proven track record in managing teams, particularly in an automotive or reconditioning environment. Your leadership style focuses on developing team members and fostering a productive work atmosphere. You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage the movement of vehicles efficiently and safely.

You are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all operations. Your experience allows you to coach and guide your team effectively, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to achieve their targets. You are familiar with the processes involved in vehicle inspection and reconditioning, and you are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, particularly in roles related to bodywork or paint. Familiarity with production metrics and quality assurance processes will help you excel in this position. You are open to continuous learning and improvement, always looking for ways to enhance your team's performance and the quality of work produced.

What you'll do

As the Auto Body/Paint Lead at Carvana, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. You will manage the workflow of vehicles entering and exiting the facility, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. Your role will involve setting production targets and working closely with your team to meet or exceed these goals.
