What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will benefit from free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare and Medicare Advantage access, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional care without the administrative burden. You will receive guaranteed pay and billing, with bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows.

You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to design a schedule that works best for you. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow your practice sustainably and effectively, ensuring that you can provide the best possible care to your clients.
