In this role, you will assist in building and training an insurance assistance bot by researching and documenting various claims flows across Life, Health, and Motor insurance. You will help convert these inputs into structured bot-training content, flows, and rule logic. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and documenting products, processes, servicing flows, and claims workflows for multiple insurers.
You will benchmark industry best practices and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement, maintaining structured and well-organized product datasets. Additionally, you will work on strategic exploratory projects, such as evaluating financer partnerships that could sponsor customer insurance premiums and preparing comparative insights.
This internship offers a stipend of 10,000 per month for a duration of 3 months. You will gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry, working closely with professionals who are passionate about their work.
